OFFICIAL RULES & TERMS
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN; PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE CHANCES OF WINNING.
Eligibility: This Stephen's Guitar Lessons "Back-To-School" Giveaway 2022 sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to all natural, living persons who are current legal residents of the state of Georgia (U.S.A.), who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry, and who are "active students" with Stephen's Guitar Lessons at the time of entry and the time of the drawing ("active student" is defined as someone who has booked and attended a free introductory guitar lesson with Stephen's Guitar Lessons, online or in-person). If a student is not eligible solely due to their age at the time of entry or of the drawing, then their parent or legal guardian will be the winner if the student's name is selected in the drawing. The Sweepstakes is void outside of the state of Georgia. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. Neither eligibility nor Sweepstakes entries can be transferred to others; prizes are also non-transferable.
Sponsorship: The Sweepstakes sponsor ("Sponsor") is Stephen Carrington, of Marietta GA 30068. Sponsor and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, contractors, and employees, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration, judging or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, the immediate family members of such individuals, are not eligible to participate. Sponsor will conduct the Sweepstakes substantially as described in these Official Rules.

The drawing will be held on Saturday 10 September 2022 sometime after 5:46pm (ET), and winners will be notified by email afterwards. Winners will have 72 hours to respond to the notification email and claim their prize or the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner (at Sponsor's sole discretion).
How To Enter: During the entry period, every paid and attended guitar lesson (online or in person) will earn that student an automatic entry in the Sweepstakes. Entrants are limited to one entry per week, which is defined by Sponsor as from 12:01am (ET) on Monday through 11:59pm (ET) on the following Sunday; henceforth in these terms this time period will be known as a "Sweepstakes Week". Once prize is accepted, winner forfeits their ability to qualify for any lessons package refund that they otherwise may be eligible for; this status is only applicable to whatever package (or packages) is (or are) current for that student during the Entry Period, and any future packages will not have this refund limitation. ACCEPTANCE OF ANY PRIZE CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES, IN THEIR ENTIRETY.
Taking Possession Of Prizes After Sweepstakes Has Completed: Once all winners have been notified and all prizes have been claimed, the prizes will then be distributed to in-person students at their next attended in-person lesson.
